Very disappointed with @Croma & @TataGroup.
Bought a Tata geyser in Nov 2023. It has needed 3+ repairs every year with no permanent fix. Every 2–3 months the same issue repeats. This is frustrating. Need a permanent solution or replacement ASAP. #CustomerService

@cromaretail purchased a robotic vacuum cleaner vide Invoice number SLTCI6707689 which was delivered on 27.11.2025 which includes Installation & demo. 80 days have passed but Installation & demo was not done even after continuous follow up. Please pick up the product and refund.

@AppleSupport Still no update from your side. My iPhone 17 purchased from Croma was defective from Day 1 and has been lying at the service centre for more than 1 month. Croma closed my complaint (Ticket: 771425226390) saying replacement requires brand confirmation.

If this is how you handle unprofessional behaviour, I don't know how do you plan to survive and scale in the fast evolving market.. @_WiseRoy_ sir please take note of the unprofessional handling of my complaint by Croma.
