Most people here think that govt closest to the people is the best govt for the people. It doesn't make sense for anybody from around the US to purport to care more about our issues than we do.

It is my #1 priority to ensure DC is a place where our children can grow up safely, have their full rights as American citizens, and where they can live up to their God given potential.

We are 700,000 disenfranchised Americans living in the shadow of the Capitol with all of the responsibilities of citizenship.
