Redevelopment adds a different layer to the work. Redesigning commercial, industrial & sometimes religious spaces, into residential is never simple. I prefer new construction, but preserving a structure with history can make the challenge worth it.

And if you're going to waste your time focusing on politics, start with your City Councils. Municipal political decisions impact your daily life. How you function, where you drive/walk/park, what gets built when/where, noise levels etc, your City Councils.

I'm trying to fix it. Trees are expensive but I'm investing in them. A community that's designed with trees as infrastructure & not as decoration will retain it's value long term/provide shade/making walkablilty a reality.
