I’d like to join a pro-Palestinian movement that acknowledges Israel’s right to exist & that the biggest obstacle to peace is the Palestinian refusal to acknowledge Israel’s right to exist. A movement that calls for coexistence & a way to move forward. Does such a movement exist?

The Muslim Students’ Association at the University of Calgary received a hateful email on April 13th threatening to commit crimes against Muslims. Please listen to the words of Mohamad Haidar, who spoke this morning in Windsor, Ontario about his brother, Hassan Haidar, who was killed last Friday by a senseless Israeli strike in Southern Lebanon. Hassan was a beloved member of his family and of the Windsor community. He is now among over 1,500 people killed by Israeli forces in the illegal bombing and invasion of Lebanon. It is time for Canada to back up its condemnations of these attacks with specific actions.
