They are not giving you the service you have signed up for. Been with them since the blueyonder day's making it about 18 year's. @virginmedia

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I was told on Wednesday that an engineer had been called out and that they would ‘sort it’ within three working days, assured it would be all ready by the weekend. Today I was told it was five working days and that they can’t escalate anything.

@Core_Legal Hopefully the ‘real normality’ isn’t the terrible service I’ve been receiving from @Core_Legal. Very different to what you claim, increasingly stressful with deadlines looming and no response to emails. Not even a response from an escalated complaint three weeks ago.
