Back to my setup after a work trip. ✈️➡️💻 As much as I enjoy traveling, nothing beats sitting at your own desk, opening your IDE, and getting back to building. Let’s code. 🚀 #setup #coding #developer

Harshit Khosla@Harry_The_Nerd·
Hey legends, this is a self-introduction post since I have never posted something like this before + so many of my OG mates (from 2024–early 2025) aren't here I'm Harshit (mostly known as Harry or Spidey here). I'll just give a brief background before talking about what I do and all. I am a state-level rejected player in cricket & table tennis (fun era ngl). I have a B.Tech degree in Computer Science but I couldn't sit for placements because of some personal problems that I won't be discussing here (or anywhere). So I had to grind AFTER my graduation to get a job in this sh*tty market era. And I did get a niceyyy job after filling countless applications for months. Currently I'm a software engineer as you might have guessed (it has been like 2 years now). Talking about my work, I have worked for 3 different clients as of now (LSEG, Novartis and S&P Global). I have worked as Go developer, cloud engineer (AWS) & DevOps Engineer (here, I work on AWS & AI as well). During my time here I've been promoted & gotten the highest hike among my colleagues Right now I'm preparing for a niceyyy switch (so you'll see a lot of cracked & illogical stuff from my end now). Now what I do apart from attending stand-up meetings Tech - I read a lot of research papers & books. I'm a System Design & distributed Systems nerd. I'm back at building stuff (because this cloud domain at work completely derailed me of dev stuff). Oh, and I love Leetcode a lot I publish tech-based Articles on X every week about different topics like backend, HLD, LLD etc. Writing - I am a self-published writer on kindle (I was very young when I published my first book hehe) and my first poetry collection is about to be published. I recently won the Emily Dickinson award for my poetry. I'm a writer on medium (nearly 400 followers there) and an editor for a publication there. I'm an avid reader as well, and I've read 11 books so far this year. Others - Gym, Music & Comic books are the holy trinity of my sanity saviours. As you can see from my tweets, I'm heavily obsessed with Spider-Man (and other nerdy stuff as well). So if you wanna talk about stuff like DC, Marvel, The Boys, Star Wars, Harry Potter, LOTR, Dragon Ball, Cartoons, movies, history, math, physics etc. feel free to text me My tweets are mostly about all kinds of stuff that I'm up to, like coding, art, writing, gym, normal life, progress, poems, etc. Hope you'll have fun here! Cheers!

Since a lot of new folks have followed me here, and most of my OGs (from 2024) aren't here, should I make a self-introduction post??
