One month ago, we lit the spark of RECC and in just a few weeks we’ve proven that real estate can be as liquid, permissionless, and on-chain as any DeFi asset in Solana. We kicked off with @believeapp, who powered our launch. Soon after, @RaydiumProtocol joined as our liquidity partner so every investment instantly mints an LP token tradable on-chain. With @Helio_Pay we enabled multichain payments, @HalbornSecurity secured our contracts, and @Streamflow_fi locked liquidity for RPSTs to align trust and incentives. The community showed up big: our first property raise hit 100% funding, we crossed $166K invested into tokenized real estate, and we announced the RECC ETF with partners like @merklehq and @MeteoraAG, making diversified exposure to RWAs fully liquid on Solana. Then some history: with @RainFi_ we launched the first-ever real estate token used as collateral on Solana. After that, the confirmation of the RECC Flywheel with buybacks, burns, and rewards tied directly to platform growth, and a shoutout from @toly himself.
