My parents had a problem with me always being on my phone at some point, same phone has opened a lot of doors for me today and made me a lot of money. Listen to your parents, but don’t digest/accept everything they say. If they aren’t living the type of life you want for yourself, that’s enough sign that you need to do things differently to get a better result.
