During a casual check-in, our graphic designer mentioned she had a small side hustle. She makes hand-painted ceramic mugs and sells them online. She seemed worried that I would cite a conflict of interest. Instead, I told her I deeply admire entrepreneurial spirit. I went to her website and purchased 200 mugs for our upcoming client summit. She was practically vibrating with joy when she saw the invoice. She thanked me for supporting small businesses. By fulfilling that invoice, she inadvertently signed our enterprise vendor master agreement. Section 4 clearly states a supplier exclusivity clause for all high-volume transactions. She is no longer allowed to sell her ceramics to the public. She must meet our strict corporate demand of 500 personalized mugs per quarter. If she misses a quota, we have the right to garnish her salary to cover the supplier deficit. We love nurturing employee passions.

I will only accept that we are “lesser fans” if @Arsenal declares today that Africans are not welcome to support this club. This is a club that has historically promoted Black culture and community, and it will forever remain our beloved club in Africa. Whether in London or in my small village in Ibadan, I will love this club until my last breath. Arsenal is home for everyone. You cannot prove that you love this club more than I do.
