I’m very curious how the previous two and a half years have reshaped the outlooks of people who self-describe as Third Worldists. It does not feel like their theories of change are being vindicated right now, but I am also not one of them, so I’d like to hear how they see it.

I understand why people are hesitant to write it but if we’re going to have a “what can we learn from how the U.S. was defeated in Vietnam” round of discourse I think the most pertinent comparison is that the tactics of the axis of resistance are far less effective than Vietnam’s
