@StagecoachCNL my app won’t work today and iv got the felix 10 tickets , iv just had to pay for a ticket because my app will not work ! I don’t have the budget for it but I have no choice since it’s an appointment for my son , is the app down ? And if so I want a refund

@StagecoachCNL how is the bus running late at this time of night ? It should have been at my stop at 9:38 but it’s still chillin at Heysham towers way past that time , it’s dark and cold and this is ridiculous

@StagecoachCNL Luckily I got the 21:38 bus otherwise I would of struggled to get home !! They shouldn’t be cancelling nighttime Buses , it’s not fair and dangerous for people trying to get home in the dark , I spend £20 a week for my ticket I expect the service
