@hubermanlab @X People over 70 who retained great cognitive skills tend to be somewhat wary of the social media. It’s not that they have a hard time learning how to use X or any other platform; they just don’t want to spend their time on it because they believe they have better things to do.

Nothing like some little brat saying "here, Grandpa, I'm going to show you how to use a media site where everyone is mean to each other because you are stupid and your news is stupid." See? Bad idea. They have to be lured over. Find something on @x they will love (what are they interested in?) then get them hooked. Send them tweets you know they will like. They aren't incapable. They just aren't interested yet.
