@HMRCcustomers Hi Rob I don’t know what that means , I just paid what was owing last august , the £280 and now have a letter asking for the same amount again( which I have paid ) very frustrating not being able to get through on the phone

@HMRCcustomers I had a letter yesterday asking me for £280 which I paid in august 2022 !!! I have all my bank details and proof of this payment , so stressful I just get cut off as soon as the pre questions answered so stressful

@HMRCcustomers Hi ya I’m being chased for a payment for tax year 2018-19 of £280 letter arrived yesterday and I paid this in august 2022 !! So this is very wrong and stressful , I have all my bank proof that this was paid so I can’t tell anyone as my calls get cut off all the time !

.@HMRCcustomers we have been trying to get through to speak with someone for hours now. The calls keep dropping and we cannot pay pay our taxes until we speak to an advisor about certain issues. This is proving impossible. What shall we do?

@HMRCgovuk I am trying to call you &go through all the pre things it then says we’ll put you through to an advisor then cuts me off ! Everytime , I’ve phoned about 12 times now and the phone says goodbye & goes dead after all the preamble this is horribly frustrating please help
