day 30 | 0 to 1m with ecom
been a while since i've done an update but a lot of good news so this'll be a lengthy one
started testing a new product that has crazy potential, completely untapped on meta platforms but doing extremely well on other platforms, been getting consistent sales but just need to get it sourced for better margins
also started running video ads alongside my natives very recently in which i've been getting GOOD sales and very good roas (as you can see in the pic i attached to this post lol), although the videos are ripped and i'm still focusing mainly on improving my natives
everythings been going great just need to continue riding this momentum and pushing it to the moon, no brakes babyyy

People overcomplicate ads way too much
My approach is simpler
I analyze every ad I see in the street
Billboards, metro posters, bus stops, everything
I take photos of them because they inspire my own campaigns. The best advertising principles work everywhere, not just online.
Funny observation though, Paris is INSANE for this
Literally every ad is either alcohol or dating sites 😹
Walk down any street and it's:
Wine → dating app → beer → another dating app
Says a lot about Parisian priorities I guess..

Road to 100K profit month with ecom - Day 28
Alright so update on the new product test, going actually pretty well right now for day 1/2. This is the first product I tested in months so I expected to at least flop my first one and be a bit rusty at this but seems like we still got it ;)
22$ CPA, 111/150$ spent today, and the CPM and CPC are still lowering. (CPC was at like 5$ when I first launched, thought the niche was cooked lol)
Today I launched another batch of ads for it and improved the offer and switched around the pricing. Tomorrow morning will look at which ads are getting the most spend and will launch some more for those. Let's run this up!
(PS: if you're thinking of coming to Gran Canaria to remote work and hustle from here, don't. Been having internet issues all afternoon fucking up my flow, kind of glad I'm leaving in a couple weeks lol)

10 signs you're not cut out to be an entrepreneur:
1. You need someone to tell you what to do every day
2. You take feedback personally
3. You'd rather be right than make money
4. You quit when it gets boring
5. You can't sell without feeling sleazy
6. You're waiting for the perfect moment
7. You're afraid of people knowing you failed
8. You blame the algorithm, the economy, the market
9. You spend more time learning than doing
10. You're only in it for the money
Every one of these can be fixed. But you gotta be honest first
