@gobrightspeed laid fiber optic in my neighborhood and hit an underground power line. This caused a power surge which fried a few appliances. Their insurance company’s website is a terrible experience. I cannot complete the steps being asked of me because links don’t work and I cannot see their messages. 🤔

@gobrightspeed fiber installed, works great. They didn't cover the hole, after calling 10 times a tech came out said he put a cover on it. Went to mow the grass, the cover that didn't fit, messed up my new mower's blade. Come fix the hole please. It's not safe @FCC
