I understand, to some extent, forgiving someone out of a desire to move on and not be weighed down. But this mom is putting OTHER KIDS at risk by advocating for him and putting her own minor son, who canโt speak for himself, at risk by giving this pedophile a constant reminder of him in jail. @marc_palasciano There is a little more to the story. His first trial was deadlocked. Then the mother said her son would no longer testify, making a second trial unfeasible...and most likely leading to another deadlock. So, the scumbag took a plea deal. It sucks. But what can you do?
