.@PalmerLuckey’s advice for young founders: “If you want to work on technology, work for somebody else. If you want to work on nonstop bullshit—start a company.” “It became clear there were people much better than me at certain things.” “I had to stop doing the things I liked, and start doing things I was uniquely able to do— running the company, doing fundraising.”

@hwchase17 No code agent builder? Like N8N? I'm learning and using langGraph since 4 months. A programmer who loves to code never enjoys it without writing code..

People are sleeping on Deep Agents. Start using them now. This is a fun paper showcasing how to put together advanced deep agents for enterprise use cases. Uses the best techniques: task decomposition, planning, specialized subagents, MCP for NL2SQL, file analysis, and more.

The best judge for your LLM application is your user. The LLM that judges your LLM application must have its judgement judged (even if only downstream) by a human user. Abstraction does not remove the need for contact with reality and survival over time. #unautomatable

@vasuman At least one of you has to carry the optimism torch at all times - moments of doubt are fine as long as you’re not both doubting. cc: @GregOnLock

Your founding team has to be delusionally optimistic. Everyone has to be almost cocky to the point that no setback feels too great to bounce back from. Naval said do not partner with pessimists, their beliefs are self fulfilling. Every time I’ve ran a business with a partner, its success was largely determined by how optimistic or cocky me and my team were as we operated. I’m the most optimistic I’ve ever been, we are not going to lose.
