It may get cold in the winter, but Hartford is a Caribbean city. From Puerto Rico to Jamaica & the West Indies, 60% of our city has ties to the Caribbean. This evening we kicked off Caribbean Heritage Month with great food, music, dance & an exhibition at City Hall.
