#Breaking: An Air Canada operated Jazz Airlines Flight 646 (AC / JZA 8646) from Montreal ‑ Trudeau International Airport struck a Port Authority fire truck while taxiing after landing at LaGuardia Airport in New York, on Sunday night, killing 4 officers and leaving others in critical condition. LaGuardia is now closed with all incoming flights diverted or turned back as the NTSB and FAA probe the runway‑taxiway collision.

UPDATE: Spain / Portugal blackout. It's ~5 hours since the blackout started. Load has risen a tiny bit to ~12 GW in Spain (a recovery of ~1.5 GW since 12.35pm local time when it started). The grid operator still has another >10 GW to recover. Sunset in Madrid is in ~3 hours.
