@wktong2012 And Sailfish OS is doing better than ever. Major partnerships in Russia, China, Latin america and India and they're also working with Sony.

@wktong2012 If all of these alternative OSs contribute for a common base, surely it will. This could boost the movement for linux distros on mobile.

@wktong2012 This is not a new OS, rather a base for them. This project will provide a HAL for other glibc based mobile OSs utilizing Android drivers.
