Congratulations to Gayton Primary school for winning the District Small schools competition ⭐️⭐️

We are extremely proud to share the news that Gayton School achieved 'Excellence' in all areas of a recent SIAMS inspection - the highest grade possible. Well done to all our fantastic staff and children for a very worthy result.

We were also really impressed to see the schools providing so many playing opportunities for girls to play in competitive football - many for the first time having been inspired by England’s Euro 2022 success! Well done girls! #LetGirlsPlay @BarclaysWSL @Lionesses

The standard of play was amazing with our overall winners Gayton Primary finishing the day unbeaten. They are joined at the @Nsport County Finals in December by @BadbySchool, who only lost one game themselves
