@NBSaphierMD You are over-generalizing -- every intervention has avg net weight gain back, or resumption of progression towards T2D, etc., when stopped. I agree that >50% regain >50% of their wt. But data suggests more pts keep >50% wt off than regain all. It takes effort/change either way...
