Every food i wrote here i have personally tested to improve muscle growth... But i recommend adding Creatine to the stack.
I chew these gummies every time, especially when i work out👇

@relifeyesterday Understandable, but remember its losing fat, and then maintaining muscle growth, ive discovered multiple overweight clients I've helped do better remaining in a fasted state longer.

@Joe_Granger2 Thank you Joe.
I've done a 48 hours one before, on multiple occasions, 72 hours is my next try. I've heard its great medicine.

@Human_Optimize Great post Will. I am trying to be on the same track. Also attempting to do some fasting, only got to 36ish hours so far

@Human_Optimize Crazy how far you can go when you stop chasing hacks and just stack simple habits. Hydration, walking, protein, sleep. Boring works. Proof that consistency beats complexity. Simple rules, repeated long enough, turn into results you can’t ignore.
