Learning With Others

Where is my knowledge? Working from home has led me to reconnect with arms-length knowledge; the books and piles of paper and jottings that I can reach easily whilst sat at my desk - something which is lost in the concept of Activity Based Working and hot-desking.

Practice experimentation in pursuit of learning, and share lessons learned from failure as well as success.

In life we live in constant companionship with knowledge.

@emmaweber Yes, that is what I meant! A reflection on “I noticed x, therefore I will do y” where y might not be the best course of action, and which a coach would discuss about better alternatives. Thanks for a great talk, and I think chatbots have a great role to play.

On reflection, I wonder if the questioner meant actions that were on the action plan that are not aligned with the program outcomes? Analytics could tell us :)
