@justthink1 I’m seeing this FOMO culture across the Northshore. Paying a premium price, when repairs and maintenance work is required. The known issues in the report isn’t stopping buyers paying or negotiating a lower price. #crazy

When FOMO overtakes due-diligence & you pay premium - only to find out the building report passed on by the selling agent is very light on information…🥴🤦‍♂️ Payed $350k more than what it was worth & now they are up for another $250k to rectify the termite damage… 🤷🏽‍♂️
