The Islamic Republic of Iran, under the leadership of its martyred leader, has completed its success over the American-Zionist enemy and, under the guidance of the Supreme Leader of the system (may God protect him), with the support of all the people and the diligent efforts of the warriors of Islam, after a difficult and intensive several-month negotiation period, and based on the resolution of the Supreme National Security Council, finalized the text of the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the end-of-war negotiations (Islamabad negotiations) between Iran and the United States on the evening of June 14.
According to the agreements reached, the war and military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon, will end immediately and permanently from tonight, and furthermore, the naval blockade against Iran will be immediately and completely lifted.
The signing of this memorandum of understanding will be officially carried out on Friday, June 19.
Negotiations for the final agreement will be postponed until after the other party fulfills its commitments according to the Memorandum of Understanding.

This is a huge win for Iran!

Let me explain why the US deal with Iran will never happen. Two very big things on the table are securing the 'uranium dust' and re-opening the Strait. ➡️ U.S. Intelligence: Iran Fortifying Enriched Uranium Sites: According to CNN, citing five sources familiar with U.S. intelligence, Iran has deliberately collapsed tunnels and booby-trapped entrances to sites containing enriched uranium. The report said access to roughly half a ton of highly enriched uranium is now significantly more difficult, dangerous, and time-consuming than it was one month ago. ➡️The Iranian Foreign Ministry stated: “We must charge service fees in the Strait of Hormuz. The presence of foreign military bases and forces in the region must come to an end”. These two issues alone are why the deal will never happen. Iranians are already openly violating the peace deal making it impossible to adhere to considering the facts at hand. @PeteHegseth @marcorubio just so both of you know.

Let me be very clear on what's going on right now.
No comprehensive final "new Iran nuclear deal" like the 2015 JCPOA has been signed yet. All that has transpired is a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or short-term peace framework.
Again, this is NOT the nuclear peace deal.
This MoU only extends the ceasefire from the 2026 Iran war, reopen the Strait of Hormuz, provide limited sanctions relief, and set the stage for further nuclear negotiations.
When you read the context of it here is what was agreed upon.
➡️Ceasefire extension: 60 days (including the Lebanon front). End to major military operations.
➡️Strait of Hormuz: Immediate reopening to all international shipping (no tolls).
➡️Return to pre-war shipping volumes within ~30 days.
➡️US lifts its naval blockade. Iran (coordinating with Oman) retains operational control/oversight.
Lastly, Israel is not a party to the MoU and has expressed concerns; it retains freedom of action against threats.
My honest assessment is Iran will invalidate all of this in the coming hours or days by using its proxy Lebanon or even the Houthis from Yeman. This has been the trend for years, I'm not sure why we think that would change now.
All we can do now is watch and wait.
