@MBTA The online process to link the Charlie Card to the Bicycle Cages sometimes takes weeks and sometimes doesn't work. Will this process now be available at the new office?

No @MBTA staff at Downtown Crossing kiosk

I ask that all of @MayorWu & @maura_healey senior staff commit to riding the train and/or bus lines for 1 month, then 1 week a month for their tenure.

After months of not posting, I only came on to comment on what an absolute disgrace the @MBTA is @MayorWu @maura_healey Why is the Orange line last stop Back Bay today, with no MBTA personnel at each station explaining options?

@itakenaps @MBTA @MayorWu @maura_healey There were zero personnel helping people from out of town understand where to walk to. A sign on the internet or every few blocks is incredibly unkind to tourists. We can and should do better.
