These perky, bright yellow flowers on longish, thick stalks are Cat's ear, hypochaeris radicata. Understandably, it's also known as False Dandelion. They are blooming in some profusion in a marshy paddock by the Wulvern Brook, Barthomley. Surprisingly for him, Rexy didn't eat one
