I feel numb yet full of sadness and rage. I am mad and disappointed. And hurt. Over 2,000,000 have died of COVID already and there are still knuckleheads thinking this is not serious or they have to debate masks or social distancing. I am worried and afraid.

Today was brutal. I lost my American dad; not my real father but the man who opened his home for me 31 years ago and so became my 2nd dad. We ended up living 5 miles apart and I would go and help him with home projects and in return he taught me how to cook Mexican dishes.
