The United States is not officially a Christian nation. It is a secular country whose Constitution guarantees religious freedom for all — Christians, Muslims, Jews, and others. Every country has its own laws and systems that it must respect. If you believe a particular religion is incompatible, the proper way is to change the laws through legal and democratic means — not through hate and exclusion. Excluding one religion sets a dangerous precedent: other countries (including Muslim-majority ones) could then justify discriminating against Christian or other minorities living there. So are you for freedoms and religious liberty for everyone, or do you want to impose one religion and control others? It’s a strange contradiction. The right thing is to respect the law and each other’s right to faith based on each country’s laws!

🚨 Muslim Amazon drivers are blocking traffic and neighborhoods to roll out prayer rugs and pray in the most inconvenient spots. This isn’t assimilation,it’s dominance. Their religion trumps community, order, and basic consideration for American neighbors. Immigrants who refuse to adapt don’t belong here. America first 🇺🇸

My county does a weekly fugitive thing on Facebook Today’s includes a public indecency The day grows closer to me signing up a public masturbator as a client I don’t even know what I would do. I’d be so happy “Buddy, I’m a public masturbation expert, you are in good hands!” Funniest part would be the half second almost hand shake to elbow bump switch “Presumed innocent but can never be too careful”

🚨AOC says she has “no reason” to cooperate with federal auditors investigating her suspicious $22 million net worth. “I have the same right to privacy as everyone else.” Meanwhile, investigators are baffled—how does a socialist congresswoman go from bartender to multi-millionaire without something shady going on? One federal official warned: “It would be in her best interest to cooperate.” The walls are closing in.

Ground Beef & Potatoes Prep Guide (It’s CRAZY how enjoyable it is to consume this meal 7+ times per week) Ingredients - 96/4 Ground Beef (You can use a fattier option if you prefer) - ~450g Potatoes, cut into evenly sized chunks - 1 packet Old El Paso taco seasoning per every 2 lbs - Splash of water (2-3 tbsp) - Splash of olive oil - Salt & pepper - Avocado oil spray Equipment - Large nonstick pan - Wooden spoon or spatula - Air fryer - Cutting board - Knife - Large bowl Ground Beef Instructions 1) Preheat your pan over medium-high heat for about 1 minute — you want the oil hot and shimmering but not smoking 2) Add a splash of olive oil and swirl it around to coat the surface evenly 3) Add the ground beef to the pan — it should sizzle slightly on contact 4) Break it up immediately with your spoon or spatula into small crumbles 5) Season lightly with salt and pepper as it cooks 6) Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is mostly browned and no pink remains 7) Add the taco seasoning and stir well to coat the beef evenly 8) Add a splash of water (2-3 tbsp) if the mixture looks dry — this helps the seasoning blend in and coat the meat 9) Cook for another 1-2 minutes — stirring constantly until the beef is fully coated and the liquid has mostly evaporated 10) Taste and adjust with extra salt or pepper if needed 11) Turn off the heat and let the beef rest in the pan for 1 minute Air Fried Potatoes Instructions 1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. 1. Wash and cut your potatoes into evenly sized chunks (roughly 1 inch pieces for even cooking). 3. Add the potatoes to a large bowl. Spray lightly with avocado oil and season with salt and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat all pieces. 4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd). 5. Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes total. 6. Shake the basket or flip the potatoes halfway through (around the 10-minute mark) to ensure even browning. 7. Remove once golden brown and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. NOTE: Cooking time may vary depending on potato size, air fryer model, and how crowded the basket is. Check for doneness and adjust time as needed.

Before diving into g6pd deficiency, I would give a short context. I will write it down like this so that anyone who sees this post can benefit from it, so if you know the things I share, apologies for the long response. Oxidation = loss of electrons, reduction = gain of electons. In the body, many normal reactions create reactive oxygen species, peroxides, or other oxidizing byproducts. The problem begins when oxidant production exceeds the body’s ability to neutralize it (oxidative stress). When oxidative byproducts (especially free radicals) are abundant or when an oxidative (free radical producing) substance is ingested, they are neutralized by antioxidants such as vitamin c, e or glutathione, enzymes (many molecules, minerals, polyphenols or amino acids also can act as antioxidants). Side Note: Some molecules can play both roles too, depending on the state and context, they can act as oxidant and antioxidants, they are “redox active”. Both can be beneficial in certain states, a substance’s oxidant profile can be beneficial in some infections. Body also constantly creates oxidant molecules in many chemical reactions. When you are sick for example, immune system produces peroxides and hypochlorous acid to kill bacteria, oxidative stress in the body increases during infections thus people may benefit from antioxidants like vitamin c during infections etc. Now, coming to g6pd deficiency: Glutathione is body’s primary antioxidant synthesized from glutamate, cysteine and glycine amino acids. When glutathione reduces an oxidant molecule, glutathione becomes oxidized thus should be reduced again to be used again in the body. NADPH provides reducing power to glutathione reductase, which converts oxidized glutathione, GSSG, back into reduced/reusable glutathione, GSH. In RBCs, this is crucial because GSH helps detoxify hydrogen peroxide and lipid peroxides. There comes g6pd, it is an important enzyme that plays a particular role in the pentose phosphate pathway, generating NADPH. It is especially important in defending red blood cells from oxidative stress. Red blood cells are especially vulnerable because they lack mitochondria. In people with genetic G6PD deficiency, NADPH supply is limited. Thus, glutathione recycling is slower than normal people and red blood cells are more vulnerable to oxidative stress. When a strong oxidant molecule enters the body in these people generating free radicals, red blood cells start breaking down under oxidative stress (hemolysis). Free radicals are highly unstable molecules stealing electrons from everything from lipid molecules in cell membranes, to proteins like hemoglobin (rendering them ineffective, unable to carry oxygen), to minerals like iron etc. So, people with g6pd deficiency should stay away from hemolytic triggers. Many are listed here: g6pddf.org/g6pd-deficienc… Floroquinolones like cipro can be strong hemolytic triggers (but they are horrible meds for general public too). Many meds including nsaids even paracetamol in enough doses can increase oxidative stress to a point that can tip redox balance in a way that can cause hemolysis. Diet of a person with g6pd should be anti-inflammatory and antioxidant rich. Enough protein is vital. Vitamin E is crucial for cell membrane stability which can increase red blood cell life span. Supplementation can be helpful in dietary amounts and from dietary sources. Diet rich in vitamin C is also important (high dose ascorbic acid supplementation can be risky though, there are reports of hemolysis in intravenous C infusions). Since red blood cell life span is slightly lower than normal people in g6pd deficiency, there is an increased need for minerals and vitamins that are used in blood cell production such as iron, copper, b9 and b12 (iron and copper not supplemented though, from diet). Some people really benefit from antioxidants like ALA or NAC (precursor of glutathione) increasing general antioxidant capacity. But the reaction really changes in every person. I for one, react badly to high dose sulfur based supplements. Astaxanthin (an antioxidant fat-soluble carotenoid found in algae, salmon, shrimp) can be a very good addition to diet for membrane protective support. Also, vitamin B1, can support NADPH capacity indirectly.

Common antibiotics that are capable of ruining your life. Watch for anything with "flox" in it. Ciprofloxacin (Cipro) Levofloxacin (Levaquin) Moxifloxacin (Avelox) Ofloxacin Norfloxacin Gemifloxacin (Factive) Delafloxacin (Baxdela) Read the post below
Jack@jack_schroder_

Fluoroquinolones (eg., ciprofloxacin) are bio-weapons hidden in disguise as antibiotics. They act to kill bacterial cells, but that's the trojan horse, the main target is your mitochondria. They are mitochondrial toxins, by disrupting enzymes related to mtDNA replication (topoisomerase IV + DNA gyrase), which leads to heavily mutated mtDNA where your mitochondria don't work well anymore. They are lipophilic, so they enter your cells and pass through your blood-brain-barrier with ease. Oh, and of course they happen to have potential NMDA receptor agonism as a "off-target" effect. If that's not enough, they also have antagonistic effects at inhibitory GABA-A receptors. They contain fluoride which inhibits ATP production and induces mitochondrial dysfunction, whilst disrupting thyroid hormone production. They bind important minerals like magnesium and copper. Because of all this, they have the potential to induce encephalopathy, peripheral neuropathy, seizures, myasthenia gravis, and even psychosis or delirium in certain studies. Your brain contain some of the highest mitochondrial density out of all the organs in your body, second to the heart. And of course the heart is another target. Beyond mitochondrial dysfunction, within the cardiovascular system, fluoroquinolones happen to block voltage-gated potassium channels which causes heart arrhythmias, and potentially worse. It seems that have this potassium channel blocking effect in other cells like pancreatic beta cells to induce hypoglycemia in rare cases. I wouldn't be surprised if this also occurs in the nervous system to further induce excitotoxicity. They also upregulate MMP enzymes which destroy your #1 semiconductor, being collagen — leading to disorganized networks that can't leverage their piezo-, flexo-, and pyro-electric properties, alongside shuttling energy/information in the form of electricity. This is also why tendinitis tends to show up quite commonly in those who are "floxxed" Gut infections, blue light/nnEMFs, and environmental toxins make the gut lining and blood-brain-barrier leaky; this further induces chronic inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, neurotransmitter dysregulation, and more. They all synergize together perfectly. The worst part? Antibiotics like fluoroquinolones don't penetrate biofilms, and most individuals with chronic gut issues tend to have robust biofilms. What negatively occurs here is 3-fold: 1/ you don't kill off the infection in the first place 2/ you further destroy your potentially beneficial flora that's not embedded in biofilms 3/ you take more rounds of antibiotics to deal with the infection, and this further reinforces the same cycle ...all the while you continue to destroy your mitochondria.

Gettin old is rough. Tooth started hurting BAD last night. Couldn’t sleep. Went in for emergency visit. Before/After 🦷. Had no idea prior root canals could get an abscess. I thought once you had a root canal you’d never have to worry about that tooth again. Boy was I wrong.

For many visitors from Europe, a first trip to Costco during the World Cup becomes a cultural experience on its own. The huge packages, endless variety, and products ranging from food to clothing, coolers, and even hot tubs show a different side of everyday shopping in the U.S. It’s fun to see the surprise and excitement over something Americans sometimes take for granted. Even a simple Costco hot dog becomes a memorable moment because of the combination of taste, size, and value. Travel is not only about seeing famous places; sometimes it’s about discovering small everyday differences between cultures. Who would have thought a warehouse store could become one of the highlights of a World Cup trip?
