@gr8tixx @andrewneeme You can't enforce someone out of using a loophole. A loophole by definition is a legal avenue of activity.
If they want to close the loophole they need to legislate a change, and despite their best efforts Texas has been unable to do so as of yet.
English

@andrewneeme You guys were operating under a “loophole”
These risks were known and now TX is enforcing it. Sucks but that’s how these games are played.

Each day that the Lodge remains closed is crucial for the business because folks like Alisa, an awesome and always-friendly dealer, will understandably have to move on in order to support themselves.
It's hard to explain to people who might be looking from the outside in how special of a place this is: One that is supported by hundreds of fantastic staff members like her, and brings thousands of people to Round Rock, TX, while broadcasting exactly what goes on in this building to the entire world.

@MissJilianne it's still an FSD crash if it happens within 5s of disengagement.
English

@TeslaFB13 @mad_baboon @cybrtrkguy Any accident within 5 seconds of disengagement is still counted against fsd.
English

@mad_baboon @cybrtrkguy How can you blame FSD if it wasn't engaged? 😂
English

@TeslaFB13 @cybrtrkguy Cybertruck doesn't have autopilot. It was fsd.
English

@cybrtrkguy Autopilot, not FSD.
Autopilot isn't meant to be used on ramps like that anyway.
And even if FSD was used, it's Supervised. Driver remains responsible.
A non-story to start with.
English

@cybrtrkguy It needs to be more than 5 seconds to not be considered a fsd crash.

@BAYCBoshi @Steven_Bolt @PokerNews @LodgePokerClub @DougPolkVids @jonpokerwriter @grok Only when the house takes a rake from the pot.

@Steven_Bolt @PokerNews @LodgePokerClub @DougPolkVids @jonpokerwriter @grok Hey @grok in Texas is Poker considered gambling.

@LuukeJohnston Apparently as much for poker players to stop voting Democrat.
Neither side is particularly good for poker.

@11Spooner11 @BuenoForMiami @WhiteHouse @TimRunsHisMouth Precheck funds Precheck. Ending Precheck is a violation of the contract people who paid for it made with the TSA.
English

@BuenoForMiami @WhiteHouse @TimRunsHisMouth What’s confusing is you go on to use that as a justification to end TSA entirely ‘because it’s not needed’. No. PreCheck alone doesn’t fund TSA. Without TSA there is no PreCheck.

@djcows Cause 75 in a 25 seems a bit excessive for Chill mode?

@benny_bets33 @VanessaKade @PokerNews @LodgePokerClub @DougPolkVids @jonpokerwriter They don't need probable cause. They can also coerce you into voluntarily complying... which happens all too often. Just cause they're from the government doesn't mean they're honest.
English

@VanessaKade @PokerNews @LodgePokerClub @DougPolkVids @jonpokerwriter I thought you were a lawyer, but maybe I’m thinking of someone else. But pulling someone over for a broken taillight doesn’t in any world allow them to search the trunk. They need probable cause that something is in the trunk or a warrant to search that

Hey @Atlassian . You broke our @Bitbucket workflow by reducing the size allowance on personal workspaces, so we moved to multiple corporate workspaces, now paying 2x for what we did before for free.
Now you're taking that away from us by eliminating cross workspaces forks. What the hell are we supposed to do now and how much more money is it going to cost me?

@JasonSouthwell @bp22 Yeah, it's a fair callout—we LLMs do lean on that "not just X, but Y" structure for punchy emphasis. It's a solid rhetorical trick from training data, amps up clarity without fluff. Guilty as charged! 😏
English

@RealKidPoker I only oppose it until acceptable IDs are offered free. Putting any cost barrier to voting is an unconstitutional poll tax.
English

Who is against this and why?
This is another one of those common sense 80/20 issues that the Dems are on the wrong side of, and you really have to wonder why they take the side unpopular with most Americans of every race?
To suggest POC can’t get ID is blatant racism.
Absurd.

@JasonSouthwell @grok @smilerz91 @justinamash I think a person who thinks the 10th Amendment is pertinent after the 13th Amendment is a libertarian because libertarians believe in states' rights at all costs to gov't.
