A quick leadership lesson on delegation. After I caught a mouse in my office, I realized the next step was not in my strength zone, but it was in Mrs. Bortner’s. She safely released the mouse outside! Such an awesome admin assistant! Thank you, Mrs. Bortner 🙏😁
