Lee and Carrick drop the gloves on opening face-off of third. Lee won the fight and Carrick is down in pain. Trainer comes out. Think he broke his hand.

@AlanFuehring Heard you. Made me chuckle as I’m driving. Ty Am I crazy that I wonder why Lee would oblige a fourth liner that has played 6 mins? Just not a good trade off.

Unfortunately, I was a part of the PFF layoffs today. Really enjoyed my time there, where I met and worked with so many kind, hard-working and incredibly talented people. Excited to see what's next. Appreciate y'all.

After Bridgeport, what should Hamilton call its new club? I think it’s important that the new identity of the relocating Bridgeport Islanders feel unmistakably Hamilton from day one. For me, theres only one name that truly fits, and that’s the Hamilton Tigers. It honors the city’s authentic sports heritage and gives local fans an identity they can immediately embrace. Hamilton’s sole NHL franchise was the Tigers, which played from 1920 to 1925 after relocating from the Quebec Bulldogs. The team topped the NHL standings in 1924-25 before a players’ strike over compensation led to its dissolution and the sale of its roster to form the New York Americans. That brief chapter remains Hamilton’s genuine big-league hockey legacy. The #Isles front office should make this choice and turn the relocation into a true homecoming. What would you name the new team?

Reminder: Once a team plays at the Olympics, they aren't eligible to add anyone to their roster as an injury replacement. So, no, #Isles Matthew Schaefer or any other player can't be added to Team Canada's roster. Morrissey was injured today vs. CZE.

@IslesGirl3 @nickhirshon Highly unlikely. At the most I would bet they trespass her from the building. Most likely they just walk her out and shut the door.

@stefen_rosner and yet Duke was one of the first to get to Bo after the goal. Love that even in what had to be a tough game to sit and watch he was there quick to celebrate with the team.

Roy on Duclair, who sat final two periods: “It was an important game. Duke will be fine. I mean, I did not like the tracking, and that's all. I mean, it's nothing more than that.” #Isles

@nickhirshon I was right there and watched it develop. Wearing a sash that said Finally 21 and 21st Birthday. Got into it with a mother who was there with her two kids. Slapped the woman...woman gets security. They come over and just as they get there she swings at the mom again. 1/2
