@bt how can you justify leaving us with no phone & no internet in the middle of a global crisis? I've been without service since Thurs. I was late to pay due to the fact that my business has been forced to close because of #COVID19. I paid on Friday and still no service.

@bt_uk Please can someone help? My mum is in Ldn, I'm in Dublin. She has been sick since Sunday. We are all concerned she has the Coronavirus. Her doctor has told her to self quarantine. Her phone has been cut off and now her internet too. She can't contact anyone. Me or Drs.
