@TonyElyToffee That’s what the revisionists say. If you have a look at it you will see that it looks like a registry office and doesn’t look like a mosque in any way shape or form. No domes, no minorettes, no big prayer room. A quite nice Victorian building.

🤓The Burnley v Everton decision is pretty complicated stuff (290 pages inc. attachments!). Was not, in the end, a loss of chance claim but a simple balance of probabilities claim based on detailed statistical work showing that it was considered more likely than not that Everton would have got more than 4 less points had they not breached.
Some scope for an appeal on this point I discussed in my article from last year as raised by a reader. Success on this appeal would kill the whole claim. Probably the best Everton can do as causation on points looks firm.
