The Giggle v Tickle judgment was awful. Part of me accepts that courts have to apply the law Parliament gives them, even when that law is dreadful. But watching Justice Perry deliver it on behalf of the Full Court with such visible satisfaction was sickening. A terrible law, delivered with chilling glee.
