@RonalddHartog2 is altijd lastig als je je calorieën niet precies telt, dan zal je miss toch meer kcal eten, of minder verbranden dan je denkt. slaap is ook belangrijk trouwens. maar ik herken de struggle het is zo frustrerend, maar op een gegeven moment hoor je wel echt af te vallen dan!!
