I really don't mean to sound too woke because d4vd is a piece of shit who deserves nothing but the worst, but I can't help but feel like a state putting a black man to death for the first time in 20 years when crimes like this aren't new is kind of... Off?

I don’t talk about identity often, but I know how important it is to feel seen, accepted and supported for who you are.   I grew up in a small rural town, and that didn’t make being gay easy.   It wasn’t until college that I told my family I was gay. It was scary, but I’m really glad I did.   I never imagined I’d have the kind of community I have now — people who accept and support me. And I have my amazing wife, Cheryl, who’s been my rock for years.   I’ll always fight for LGBTQ+ rights and acceptance for everyone - because I know what it feels like to wonder if you belong — and I want every person to know that they do.
