A bus fan from Goregaon is ecstatic as the design livery that he suggested for new e-buses of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has been accepted and the new fleet of Olectra buses have now started arriving. MSRTC has one of the largest public transport bus fleets in the country. The buses are a part of one the mega e-bus orders placed the state transport undertaking. LC gate at Vithalwadi that had a traffic density of about six lakh road vehicles per annum detaining suburban & long-distance trains on Central Railway (CR) was permanently shut last week after a road bridge was opened for traffic.
