@ralulla 100% agree. Talent establishes how far left or right on the scale that bell curve lives. Just stating that Nebraska outplayed Ohio St for most of that game, imo. They’re talent took over for a few stretches that were the difference in the final score.

Execution obviously matters but i'm talking about being able to consistently execute at a high level from a play to play and week to week basis. That's not talent, that's mindset. The scale is different depending on your talent but maximizing is about culture

Some aerial imagery from the Elkhorn and Minden tornadoes last Friday shows dozens, if not hundreds, of swept away homes for miles. The only caveat? Not a single one was anchored to its foundation. All these slabs you see are simply homes sliding off the base underneath.
