Looks like a rainbow might be on the cards if this was the result. This isn't just about agreeing an FM in week one, but about passing a budget in the Autumn.
I don't think a minority government of any colour with a third of the parliamentary seats will survive past the first budget without some additional deal.
We're in proper, continental-style, multi-party, fluid government composition territory.
All to play for on policy and funding for the next four years as the reality is that what will be delivered over the next four years is an amalgam of various elements of party manifesto policy commitments and specific one-off projects.
