@Poeticmedic1 Cryptococcosis easily comes to mind when history says patient is HIV+, but cerebral toxoplasmosis should be considered first. Esp. when imaging shows ring-enhancing lesion. It could also be CNS lymphoma since the lesion is solitary. But the location supports Toxo imo.
