@KristinRaworth It all depends on the skill set of the person seeking employment and how in demand their skills are. That said, there needs to be market confidence and spending in the private sector

I just want to say how grateful I am for everyone who rooted for me and supported me while I looked for work but I ALSO want to highlight how terrible the job market is, how hopeless people feel, how expensive it is just to exist when you are looking for work. Our government needs to step up and ease the economic burden on folks, make sure people can get jobs and build a life. Nobody WANTS to be on EI. They want to contribute and all levels of government need to create more jobs and strengthen our economy so we can get folks back to work.
