これに尽きるかな。ゲームで言う所のSteamにしても、アニメで言う所のCrunchyrollにしても何にしても、海賊版はモラルの問題じゃない。 そもそも海賊版にしても何にしても「絶対悪」なんてことは殆ど存在しなくて、著作権を絶対視するならYoutubeで流れるゲーム実況も、二次創作される漫画や動画も、何もかもNGということになる。世の中そこまで白黒ハッキリしているわけじゃない。それが現実を生きるということだと思う。 手に入らないから仕方なく海賊版に手を出す、それがキッカケで作品を知り最終的に購入に至るのであれば、Youtubeの一話無料のアニメ回と同様の効果だ、正規で購入出来るルートが全くないのだから仕方がない。Steamを見てみろ、海賊版商法から正規ルートを立ち上げたらこれだけ大成功したじゃないか、クリエイターにとって知られず衰えるのと、知られて繁栄するの、どちらが得だと思う？というのは、ビジネス的観点から見れば筋は通っている。結果、クリエイターが儲かるなら良いという考えだ。 とはいえ、確かに正規ルートを整えて、海賊版から正規購入へ人を引っ張った実績はある。でもそれは結果論で、海賊版がなければもっと早く正規版が広まったかもしれないし、クリエイターにとっては収益が失われた期間が長いとも言える。だから海賊版を正当化する理由にはならない。あくまでパブリッシャーの問題であり、海賊版を良いとしてはならない。これも正直正義だと思うし、倫理観的に正しいと思う。 個人的には日本でアニメや漫画、ゲームを作るクリエイター達に還元する意味で、海外展開は避けては通れない以上、どちらの考えも尊重しながら生きていく他ないと思う。倫理観を前提にしすぎるとビジネスが上手くいかずクリエイターが幸せになれない、ビジネスを優先しすぎると最終的に秩序が壊れ、やったもん勝ちになる。世の中、これが正しい、あれが悪いと断言出来るほど、狭くも簡単でもないんだよなと思った案件だったマル

@SekaiUtu As an American it seems like Japan has the same problem as us that a vocal minority acts like their country and it's people are gods gift to the world and above every other country and culture in existence and that mindset isn't working for us
