@AnghamiCare @nalixa_ What news! I still believe that users outside the MENA deserve prior notice for SUCH CHANGES. But yeah, I think it's easier to just delete Anghami and switch to another app now and accept my fate, rather than go back to MENA! Anyway, thanks for the response.

@Metasoir @nalixa_ We're really sorry about this! You’ll be able to access these songs again if you use the app within the MENA region. These restrictions are part of our licensing agreements with the labels, and we need to follow them. Thanks for your understanding, and sorry again! 🤗

Hey @anghami @AnghamiCare, I woke up today to find that all the songs I’ve saved in my playlists over the years have disappeared!! Hundreds of songs are just gone. Can you explain what happened? Really frustrated!

@AnghamiCare @anghami still it's really disappointing to lose all my songs without any prior notice. You should at least inform users about such changes,no ? It feels unprofessional, and honestly, with these restrictions, the app literally has lost its value .

@Metasoir @anghami Sorry about that, due to licensing agreements with music labels, users outside the MENA region can now only access Arabic songs. This applies even if the songs were previously available. These changes are a requirement from the labels, and we have to adhere to these limitation...
