"I was inspired by my own helplessness in the face of this universal acceleration. I realized that even when the external noise quiets down, the internal 'itch' doesn’t disappear. My brain continues to crave the constant stimulation and speed instilled in us by social media and the culture of hyper-efficiency. To quiet this itch, I meditate every single day. This daily practice—this ongoing battle to remain present in the here and now—forms the foundation of the project. The visual language of 'Silence'—a restricted vocabulary of forms, repetition, rhythm, and active negative space—is not an intellectual abstraction. It is a digital projection of my meditative practice. I strip away all visual noise from the frame to help both my own vision and the viewer’s gaze slow down and simply exist in a moment that is slipping away far too quickly." – @Olga_f2727

"We often think of memory as playback, but it is much more unstable and constructive. It takes real traces and rebuilds them from the position of the present. Photogrammetry and rendering allowed me to work with that tension directly. The scanned sculptures are tied to real surfaces and a real day, but the finished scene is reconstructed, altered, and unreliable." – @alexmayarts
