The news is pitching this election as ‘historic, whoever wins’ because if Kamala wins she’ll be the first female president, and if Donald wins he’ll be the first convicted felon president. I mean. One sounds a bit better than the other, if I’m completely honest.

I’d like to go back and find 8-year old me, standing in WHSmith, obsessing over the Usborne Puzzle Adventure books, and tell him one day he’d be quoted on their Twitter advert. And he’d say ‘you mean X?’ . And I’d say ‘no one calls it that, no one cool anyway’ and walk out.

The Songs For A Nervous Planet album artwork is a mixed media digital collage, with AI being just one of the many tools used in the creative process. We wanted vibrant artwork that evoked a sense of sci-fi, futuristic themes, and an escape from what is known.
