Kigali, le 15 novembre 2025 Le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda se félicite de la signature, aujourd’hui, de l’Accord-Cadre de Doha pour un Accord de Paix Global entre le Gouvernement de la République démocratique du Congo (RDC) et l’AFC/M23. Cette avancée constitue une étape significative sur la voie d’un règlement définitif des causes profondes du conflit dans l’est de la RDC, ainsi que des obstacles à la paix dans la région des Grands Lacs. Le Rwanda salue l’engagement important et constant de l’État du Qatar en sa qualité de médiateur, ainsi que le soutien du Gouvernement des États-Unis et de l’Union africaine. FIN.

Today in Namibia, PS @mukekaclem joined the commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of UNSC Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace & Security, hosted by H.E. President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah. Speaking at the high-level panel, she reaffirmed Rwanda’s commitment to the WPS agenda — not just as policy, but as a lived reality. “Under the leadership of H.E. President Paul Kagame, Rwanda has become a beacon of gender equality. Women lead in Parliament (63%), shape nearly half of Cabinet, and serve proudly on peacekeeping missions worldwide.”
