Unless you end Property Taxes, you are being a hypocrite. The wealth tax and property taxes are the exact same thing. Both are taxes on unrealized gains. I pay $22,000/year in property taxes on a family home. Politicians in our state take $100 BILLION dollars from us each year in property taxes; the highest by far in the entire United States. Eliminate Property taxes for homestead properties or you will end up with both taxes and billionaires and regular families will move to NV, TX, FL or ID including me, my family and my business.
