Honestly, @MTNNG needs to be investigated at this point because this is starting to look like outright fraud.

To make it worse, customer care representatives are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. MTN keeps increasing prices but service quality keeps getting worse.
At this point, what exactly are customers paying for?

How does that make any sense?
I work heavily online and attend school online. I already paid for an unlimited service I couldn’t properly use, yet I’m being forced to spend MORE money on mobile data and workspaces because @MTNNG cannot provide the service they advertised.

After finally restoring the service, I was told I would be compensated… only for the service to get disconnected AGAIN. Now MTN is telling me I have to wait for compensation before I can use the service, meaning if I can’t wait, I should recharge AGAIN with my own money.

Nothing was done until I refused to end the call and demanded to speak to a manager before the issue was finally fixed.
During that entire downtime:
No replacement service
No backup solution
No compensation
No accountability

I paid for MTN FibreX unlimited internet for one month and I have barely been able to use it for even 15 days. First, I was without service for over 10 days. Every single time I called, I was told “it’s being investigated” or “an engineer will get back to you.”
